Love Me Again A Hope Novel Book 7 eBook Jaci Burton

Love Me Again is the 7th book in the Hope series but can stand alone completely. I personally have not read any of the other books in the series (although I probably will after this one) and had no confusion in terms of the town, story line, or characters. With that, this is a lovely second chance romance between former flames who reconnect after a 12 year absence from one another. It is also a sweet small town read with all the perks one would expect from this genre (i.e. the friendships, how everyone knows everyone's business, and so on).

Truly, I enjoyed reading this book. I found the characters and their budding relationship to be very charming however, their relationship and how everything went down to be quite predictable. Normally, this would make me sort of dislike the book, but predictable or not, it was still really good and I did enjoy it from page 1 all the way until the end. All too often we see the same tropes used in stories and it gets old after a while. However, the authors writing style and the way the situation was handled between the two made it feel real and I liked this. In some parts the wording and the way the two interacted with one another made me roll my eyes because frankly, it felt like 60 year old's talking and not 30 somethings, but I got over it in the end and found it to add to the characters maturity.

In the end, even if there were some flaws (in my personal opinion of course) I did find myself smiling and enjoying the read. It's pretty fast paced at only 300 pages, is an easy read, and isn't filled with all the drama. It's just a simple love story with strong characters and a cute plot.

Fans of the author will certainly enjoy this one and those who are looking for a quick and sweet read to knock you off your feet. Even more, if your looking for something with a small town feel and like romances that come back to life then this is the book for you!

This is a quick and easy read! Kept forgetting I was reading a romance book and kept finding spots where I expected suspense to arrive!
I have enjoyed the Hope series, Jaci Burton keeps the story of the town of Hope going once again without being repetitive. Thanks for writing strong heroines & the heroes that can be with them.
Being reacquainted with a former love, can be difficult, but standing up for yourself to others is a lot more challenging.
Oh I love Deacon and Loretta but Hazel stole the show in their story. That little girl was so amazing and the love she shared with everyone and the love Deacon gave to her was beautiful.
Loved this book. It had passion, intrigue, and suspense. All the wonderful things for a contemporary romance with some mystery and suspense which created the perfect combination and highlighted the amazing qualities of a true male that protects with every fiber of his body.
I enjoyed this story. If you are not judgemental and as you grow both mentally and physically you can forgive rash decisions from your
youth and find if you forgive you can have a delicious second chance.
It was a sweet sexy book. I really wanted her ex friends to get more. I was little disappointed that it just ended. Needed a little more closure but i love the tie in of the adopting of dogs..
